DONATION REQUESTS

Thank you for considering the Link Restaurant Group and offering us the opportunity to participate in your upcoming fundraiser.

In order for us to review your donation request, we ask that you complete the following form. Your completed form must be received at least six weeks in advance of your event for consideration. Please understand that we attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible and cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.

Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we face the unfortunate task of making decisions and allocating resources responsibly.
